Shipping
At Groomer Outfitters, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. Production and shipping times vary depending on order quantity, customization, and availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns
As most of our products are manufactured to order, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances. Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Note: Custom-made products, private label orders, embroidered, or printed items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. All returns require prior written approval.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please note that sample fees and development charges are non-refundable. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not yet started. Custom and bulk orders are generally non-refundable after production begins.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Photographic evidence may be required, and claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt.
Product Variations
Slight variations in color, measurements, or stitching due to fabric dye lots or screen displays are considered normal industry standards and do not qualify as defects.
Limitation of Liability
Groomer Outfitters is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by third parties. Our liability is limited solely to the value of the products purchased from our site.
